About Me


My experience ranges from being design lead in a team consisting of 35 members, to gameplay design for asymmetrical multiplayer, to level design for a party racing game, to doing programming work for VR Games in Unreal. Thanks to this, I've gained a lot of experience in all different fields of Game Design as well as experience in team management.

In the year since I graduated, I've tried my hand at different jobs, trying to figure out what I want from this career and industry. I've learned that, just working on one small aspect of a project is not for me. It's important to me to be granted some responsibility. I want a team where everybody can build upon one another, improving each other's work as much as we can.

My Goals/Ambitions
​Eventually, I want to have Design Lead role in a team. The experience I've had in running a design team was one during which I learned a lot. Now, I want to do it again but in the actual industry. However, first I want to focus on gaining more general work experience.

Accomplishments

  • Project Einar got nominated for the Dutch Game Awards in the following categories:
    1. Best student art direction.
    2. Best student technical achievement.
  • 3rd place in the "Best Board Game in NL" competition in 2015. This competition was powered by Quest Magazine and Identity Games.
